Each day is shaped around the resident's own rhythm. Mornings typically begin with a gentle wake-up, personal grooming assistance if needed, and breakfast served at their preferred time. Throughout the day, there are opportunities for social activities, gentle exercise, garden walks, and quiet time. Meals are served in the communal dining area or in-room. Families are welcome to visit during daytime hours, and evenings wind down comfortably with light entertainment or reading before bed.

While Copper Thread is a residential care home rather than a medical facility, our staff members are trained in first aid and basic health monitoring. We coordinate with local healthcare providers and can arrange regular doctor visits. In case of emergency, we have protocols in place with nearby hospitals in the Saphan Sung area. Families are always notified promptly of any health concerns.

We encourage family involvement and visiting. Regular visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. Family members are also welcome to join residents for meals with prior arrangement. For Premium Private Residence residents, we can accommodate extended visit times. We ask that visits after 7:00 PM be arranged in advance to ensure the comfort of all residents.

The Premium Private Residence fee of ฿65,000 per month covers accommodation in a private room with en-suite bathroom, three daily meals tailored to dietary needs, a dedicated daytime care attendant, weekly housekeeping and laundry, access to all communal areas and gardens, and basic personal grooming assistance. Companion Care and Family Transition Support are separate services that can be added as needed.

Respect and dignity are at the center of everything we do. Every resident has their own private space, and staff always knock before entering. Personal routines and preferences are honored. Information about residents is kept strictly confidential and shared only with authorized family members. We train all staff members in respectful communication and person-centered care practices.

Yes, we understand this is a big step. We offer a two-week introductory stay so both the resident and family can experience life at Copper Thread before making a longer commitment. During this period, the resident receives the same full level of care and attention as any long-term resident. Our Family Transition Support service is specifically designed to make this period as smooth as possible.
