Premium Private Residence

Each private residence includes a spacious bedroom, private living area, en-suite bathroom, and a small balcony or garden access. Residents receive a dedicated care attendant during waking hours who assists with daily needs and coordinates with medical professionals as required. Meals are prepared based on individual dietary preferences and can be enjoyed in-room or in the communal dining area. Weekly laundry, housekeeping, and personal grooming services are included. Family members are welcome to dine with residents by prior arrangement.
